This privacy policy sets out how Sure Move Lettings uses and protects any information that you give when using this website. Sure Move Lettings is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should Sure Move Lettings ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Background:
This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Sure Move Lettings, the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies the use of any and all Data collected by Sure Move Lettings in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

My Use of Data
  3.1. Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Sure Move Lettings for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site.  Data that you may submit through any of Sure Move Lettings communications Systems may be retained for a longer period of up to 12 months.
  3.2. Unless Sure Move Lettings is obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes my affiliates and / or other companies within my group.

Sure Move Lettings do not offer refunds on services due to payment for our services being paid after work is complete we do not offer any refunds on work completed.
